The applicant, Merrill Romanik with Synalovski Romanik Saye, on behalf of the Holocaust Documentation & Education Center is requesting to modify a previously approved site plan and a variance for the property located at 303 North Federal Highway.

Description of Action

SITE PLAN MODIFICATION

                       To allow a 26,231 square feet Holocaust Museum.

VARIANCE

To waive the required parking spaces to provide a total of 43 parking spaces; code requires a total of 70 parking spaces per Section 265.50.
